CL22 Productions To Produce The Wedding Event at The Special Event 2017
The Special Event (TSE) is the industry’s largest tradeshow and conference for event professionals where one can connect with over 5,000 event colleagues, exhibitors, and mentors. TSE provides it’s guests with a selection of over 100 education sessions, showcase events, networking opportunities with fellow event professionals, and the chance to browse through thousands of products on the exhibit hall floor.
With opening night being Monday, January 9th, 2017 and closing night being Thursday, January 12th, 2017, Cynthia and the TSE team encourages attendees to take advantage of the informative educational event with 100 sessions in nine different tracks with 200+ speakers presenting best practices, lessons learned, innovative ideas and much more. Sessions include Business & Professional Development, C Level Executives, Design, Event Management, Event Technology, Catering, as well as Sales and Marketing.
CL22 Productions is bringing their incredible designs to life for The Wedding Event which will take place on Wednesday, January 11th, 2017 in the Pacific Room at the Long Beach Convention Center. Led by the CL22 Productions team along with an experienced group of industry professionals as sponsors. up to 800 guests will be taken on a musically inspired journey through four distinct design spaces, a fabulous sit down dinner, and a grand bridal fashion show.
The highly anticipated event will take guests on a quest of astonishing musical design by tapping into different genres through the use of rich textures, opulent table designs, and extravagant florals. Cynthia and Jackson Lowell, Creative Director are bringing their vision of a three dimensional space that will feature four different music artists and their aesthetic which are “Urban & Edgy” inspired by Beyoncé, “Vintage & Romantic” inspired by Stevie Nicks, “Earthy & Natural” inspired by Keith Urban, and “Extravagant & Lavish” inspired by Pavarotti. Each definite artist will also be tied into a beautiful fashion show with dresses sponsored by the immensely desirable Beverly Hills bridal salon, Panache Bridal.
"With our training and skill developed from a theatrical foundation, to which we are incorporating nontraditional focuses on set design and construction, lighting design, drama and oral interpretation, we bring heightened expertise to the guest experience. We have translated our craft from the stage to events in creating environments that take its guests out of their own world and on a journey into another world. The Wedding Event guests will embark on a theatrical wedding experience into four distinct designs and a musically choreographed performance inspired by the songs of each artist with elegant models in couture grown garnering high fashion editorial style. The environments will range from high baroque with opulent jeweled tones in rich textures of heavily draped velvets framed with sculpted walls hosting crown moldings backed with a crushed velvet inlay and topped with extravagant gold gilted mirrors to natural wood colonnades rising into tiered heights, draped in whimsical natural muslin framing rural chic lounges & crowned with iron and crystal chandeliers with farm wood tables topped with crafted lace creating an etched pattern with soft champagnes, creams and blushes to name a few. Each area hosts its own lounge, so guests can explore each specific detail from the moment the event begins for their wedding experience." - Cynthia Lopell
