Sizzling Sangria


1 Bottle Sauvignon Blanc, chilled

1 Cucumber, Sliced

2 Small Limes, Sliced

2 Cups of Green Grapes, Halved

1/2 Cup White Grape Juice, Chilled

1/2 Cup Fresh Mint Sprigs

2 Chilled 12oz Bottles of Seltzer Water,

And to Garnish Pink Pepper Corn and Mint

Ice

In a large pitcher, combine the wine with half of these fresh ingredients: cucumber, lime, grapes and mint. With a wooden spoon, press the fruit, mint and cucumber against the side of the pitcher to muddle slightly. Cover and chill both the wine mixture and the remaining cucumber, limes and grapes between 4 hours to over night.

To serve, strain remaining solids from mixture. Add ice, grape juice and remaining cucumber, lime, grapes and mint. Add the seltzer. Stir gently just until combined. Add the pink pepper corn and mint for garnish. Serve immediately.

Cinnamon sticks 2 medium apples, thinly sliced 1 medium pear, thinly sliced 1 medium orange, thinly sliced ⅔ cup pomegranate seeds 1 bottle white wine 2 cups apple cider ½ cup brandy ¼ cup orange juice 2 tbsp. lemon juice Club soda

Place the fruit into a large pitcher. Add wine, apple cider, brandy, orange juice, and lemon juice. Place in 2 cinnamon sticks. Allow to sit in the refrigerator between 3 hours to over night.

To serve, Pour the sangria and fruit into glasses. Add a splash of club soda and garnish with a cinnamon stick, if desired.
