NAWBO-LA 2016 Leadership & Legacy Awards Luncheon

Since 1975, NAWBO has been supporting the interests of female entrepreneurs across all industries by promoting effective changes in business culture, building strategic business alliances, and creating a supportive community of peers. It is with great pride that CL22 Productions owner Cynthia Lopell serves on the 2016 Board of Directors for the Los Angeles chapter!

This June, NAWBO-LA hosted it's 30th annual Leadership Luncheon at the JW Marriott hotel at LA Live where the organization honored nine individuals for their entrepreneurial and inspirational contributions. The honoree's categories included: Innovator, Rising Star, Inspiration, Entrepreneur, Diversity Champion, Leadership, and Community Leader.

For this esteemed event, Cynthia Lopell and Jackson Lowell of CL22 Productions designed a visually stunning backdrop for the stage, creating a dynamic focal point for the room. Large buildings representing the Los Angeles skyline rose from the stage, washed in brilliant tones of purple, blue, and orange lighting.

Guests enjoyed the view of the glowing stage from the round dining tables that filled the grand ballroom. Burnt orange linens cloaked the tables and were topped with lush floral centerpieces comprised of blooms in the same vibrant color tones as the lights that illuminated the City Scape stage design.

The inspiring luncheon concluded with a decadent strawberry dessert and NAWBO-LA canvas bags full of sponsor goodies and insightful literature for guests to take home and enjoy.
